This Shipping & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all merchandise orders placed through the Bearology USA (“Bearology,” “we,” or “our”) website.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order received. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, limited-edition launches, or special events.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on location.

Bearology is not responsible for:

• carrier delays;
• lost or stolen packages;
• incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier (“FOB Origin”).

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Bearology is not obligated to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Limited Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited-edition nature of our merchandise and licensing restrictions, Bearology does not offer returns or refunds except in specific, pre-approved cases involving:

• defective items;
• incorrect items received;
• damaged items caused during fulfillment (not carrier mishandling).

4.1 Filing a Claim

If you believe your order qualifies for review, you must file a claim within 7 days of delivery by completing our contact form and providing:

• order number;
• photographs of the item;
• description of the issue;
• any relevant supporting evidence.

Bearology will review the submission and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be honored only if approved through the claim process described above and only for identical items or variants of equal value, subject to availability.

If an exchange is approved:

• the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and
• Bearology may require the item to be shipped back prior to sending a replacement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Claims

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

• minor cosmetic variations due to manufacturing;
• items damaged by the customer;
• dissatisfaction with color differences due to screen variance;
• wear-and-tear from use;
• packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation;
• delays caused by carriers.

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

Pre-order fulfillment timelines are estimates and subject to change.
Delays in production or licensing approval do not qualify for cancellation or refunds unless explicitly authorized by Bearology.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Once fulfillment has begun or the order has been handed to the carrier, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted promptly through the designated contact form or customer support email and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Bearology does not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders may only be shipped to addresses within the regions explicitly supported at checkout.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website.
